Native Ready Made Medicine Drums

Are you ready to acquire your personal medicine drum made with prayer and intention for you by Cochise? Your drum will be made in a ceremonial way, smudged and blessed. It will be shipped to you with sage & cedar in the box. Drum Stick included.

Elk hide on a 18" Maple Frame. When you contact Cochise with your order let him know the environment or climate your drum will be played in. For example, rain forest, humid or dry climate, sweat lodge etc. The way your drum is laced up is crucial in how it will play in its environment.

Deer, Bison or Horse are available by request. Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Medicines: Working in a traditional way, the 'medicine quality' of the animal you are working with, may be the most important ingredient in making your choice. For those in the Great Plains, Buffalo was the Great Gift of Spirit. Elk was a great medicine giver throughout much of the mountainous regions of North America. Using the hide, like all parts of an animal is, in indigenous philosophy, a way of honoring the animal and of completing the circle of life. We do this with great care and respect.
